Activating Your Subscription
When you first onboard a device, you’ll be prompted to select and purchase a subscription plan. This ensures that your device gets linked with the right services from day one. Once the payment is complete, you can begin using the app and monitoring your device.
Navigating to the Subscriptions Tab
To manage your existing subscription:
Go to the Profile section
Tap on Subscriptions
Here you’ll find everything related to your billing and plan preferences.
Features of the Subscriptions Screen
Update Your Plan
Want to switch to a different plan? You can easily update your subscription. The new plan will be scheduled and automatically applied at the end of your current billing cycle. A message will confirm the effective date of your updated plan so you’re always in control.
Cancel Subscription
You can choose to cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, your device will lose access to features at the end of the billing period, unless reactivated.
Payment Methods
Under the Payment Methods section, you can:
Edit your existing card by tapping the ✏️ icon
Add a new card to your account to ensure uninterrupted service
Switch between saved cards if you have multiple payment options linked
Invoice History
Easily keep track of all your past transactions. The Invoice History section lets you view and download receipts for all your completed payments for reference or accounting purposes.
