Check Alert Configuration in the App

Ensure that your phone has allowed notifications for the app. You can check this in your phone’s Settings > Apps > [App Name] > Notifications.For Android 15 and Above: Lock Screen Settings
On newer Android versions (15+), to ensure you receive notifications on the lock screen:Go to Settings > Notifications
Look for and select “Notifications on lock screen”
