My device stopped working. What should I do?

If your device has suddenly stopped working, try this quick reset process:

  1. Turn on the vehicle (ignition ON).

  2. Remove the device from the port.

  3. Wait for 2 minutes.

  4. Plug the device back in securely.

  5. Drive for 5–10 minutes to let the device reconnect and start sending data.

This usually helps in re-establishing connection and resuming data flow.
